They under construction. Includind the elevator. Our room was on the 4th floor. This is not communicated until after booking a non refundable reservation

Got stuck in elevator!
Posted 25 Jul 2024 on HotelsOld elevator....got stuck in .....had to be rescued. Property didn't give me a credit for the hassle. The rooftop is nice, but the swimming pool should be relabeled as a bathtub (very very small).

We had to sleep with construction noises for our building. If there is a construction going on, they should not event rent these rooms.

Thank you for staying with us and we are sorry for the late reply. We apologize for the inconvenience due to the construction noise. Unfortunately, we must complete this work per county and state requirement. There is a notice posted on our website stating that we will be repairing the building's exterior concrete June 19 - January 31, 2024 and guests may experience noise, scaffolding, and construction workers from Monday - Friday. We can only hope that this experience will not discourage you from visiting our resort in the future so that we may have another opportunity to convince you of our commitment to high standards.

We love the area, that's why we booked this hotel. But they placed us in a shabby building, which was renovated at the same time we stayed there! Also No view ( even I asked so many times), just workers outside the window!! We couldn't open the curtains because of that! - no privacy!

Please keep in mind that you were placed in the Crescent building as that is the property you booked. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience due to the construction noise. Unfortunately, we must complete this work per county and state requirement.
