I love the easy ocean access and staff friendliness. Disappointed I was not offered my free drink and that the yoga instructor did not show up on Monday 11/18 and no informed us. There were 6 of us on the rooftop waiting.

Great location , great staff beautiful hotel but they should either clean or change the hotel carpet and some room sofa also needs to be changed

It was a nightmare. AC not working or too noisy you couldn’t even sleep. The floor was wet because of the humidity of the hotel. I don’t recommend.

this is my second time staying at this property. I came back because i liked the location, the rooms-they are spacious and convenient, it was cute and the beach is great. The only negative i noted the first time is that the pools were too small for the number of guests and by the mid day i did not feel it was clean enough to swim in.
However, i am not sure if i would stay there again. While all the positives are still there, the hotel needs some Maintenace. The towels were old, used up, grey. The lamp shades were not even, the sink in one bathroom was clogged. I would not stay there unless the hotels gets freshening up

I didn’t like the service we were provided, we asked for towels and never got them. The woman at the market had an attitude with the guests, they ran out of water bottles to sell at the market. Ran out of water at a beach resort? There were holes by the hot tubs on the first floor, one of the people in our party had her foot stuck on one, the lights weren’t turned on at the upstairs pool until late at night, so we couldn’t use the amenities until later at night cause you couldn’t see anything. There were questionable guests at the adult pool upstairs. The prices of the food at the market are insane $6 for chips and $11 for a fruit cup? The food at the restaurant was pricey, but it was good so we didn’t mind paying a little extra.Overall the value of the service we were provided didn’t match the value of what we paid for our stay. There were a couple of employees like Anthony from the Market and the guy at the front desk who were friendly and helpful, but they were the exception. The property is beautiful and has great potential, but is poorly maintained and the staff isn’t great at all. Overall we were dissatisfied and disappointed, we expected more from our stay there.
