Cute place only a block from the beach. Pool area is a lovely oasis. I wanted to give it a 5 but missed the mark in several areas. Despite the non-smoking signs everyone smoked even in the pool area. Our room smelled like it was over sprayed with air freshener probably because of the smoke but we couldn’t open the windows. Our room had to be recleaned as some things were definitely missed. The rooms are big but not enough hooks to hang clothes and bathing suits and tools and no where to put your things in the bathroom. Details but important
Staff are very friendly and attentive and did the cleaning right away when they saw how it had been left
Loved the area of the hotel near the beach and the citi bike rentals Loved the view from the room. The food was good and the pool area was beautiful. I really hope they step it up as it’s a true gem in the making…..but….

Very convenient restaurant/bar right on site. Downside was no parking for hotel, had to pay to park on street or at public parking garage 4 blocks away. Very pet friendly.

I usually stay on ocean drive however most hotels were sold out. I did enjoy staying here although it was only for 2 days - the room was so clean and spacious. The staff are also very friendly and the location was convenient. lol

This place had a nice pool but that’s all. At best it is a 2 star hotel. No TV in the room, no control over the thermostat, no soap, shampoo or anything that normal hotels would have. They make you pay a deposit for towels!? They say pet friendly but don’t allow cats. The attached restaurant had decent food. Will never stay here again!

We do have controls for the A/C in all our private rooms, and we clearly list that our bunk rooms do not include a TV. Regarding the pet policy, we do allow dogs in our rooms, but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats, as stated in our terms and policies.
