All the staff members (front desk, cafe, housekeeping) were particularly courteous and helpful. The room was very attractive for its size and price. For our particular purposes it was very well located and convenient to the other businesses we were engaged with during the visit.

Check in was easy. Staff are nice but most don’t speak English. The breakfast was good. The common areas were clean but my room had blood spots on the bathroom wall upon arrival. The rest of the room was fairly clean. It’s a small room. Parking is right but convenient. I thought parking was free but I was charged $20 per night.

Our stay was very short, but the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. We had an appointment at the Italian consulate which ran hours longer than expected. The front desk managers extended our check out time to accommodate our needs. They were also helpful in printing a needed form for us.

We love staying here before a cruise because it’s walkable to dinner and a quick taxi to the cruise port.

The shower's water pressure was weak. The pump also was very noisy and literally shaking the wall. I took a video to document and showed it to the front desk and I was told that's just "normal" whereas I would not ever put a guest in that room without fixing it. During check-in, the front desk staff was present and helpful, it was the opposite when I tried to check out - I had to wait for the front desk staff to finally show up, and it took several tries for them to send me the right receipt. The surrounding area has limited dining options but that's not the fault of the hotel of course, but just a FYI.
