Worst management and worst hotel I have ever stayed. Never going to stay again.
Bathroom door was missing, we informed front desk that we will checkout by 11:30 and they said Ok. We did checkout on time, even though one Lady manager pushed in and come to our room and behave improperly around 11:10.

At the moment of check out they treat you like a prisoner. They call you hours before the check out and then they knock at the door countless times. The hotel is great, but not management.

They charged me extra for a room exchange i didn't request. Despite complaining multiple times, I haven't received a response. Also, the breakfast was very basic, with ju a piece of bread and coffee.

spacious room, okay experience, only spent the night.
