Nice and new property but cleanliness can be done improved. Was moved to an uncleaned room (dirty baths, fridge, unvacuumed floors, etc.)

First of all, when I arrived at the front desk like in any hotel, they asked for my card, and due to what they called an error, but what I believe was completely intentional, they charged my card twice for an incidental deposit, which is still blocked on my account. Then, the front desk clerk made another mistake by not giving me the breakfast voucher that was included in my reservation, and it was only after I complained that she finally looked into it and gave it to me. At checkout, I was charged for the breakfast, and I’m still disputing that charge. Also, the valet parking costs $61, which is an absurd amount, they don’t give you any option to park on your own, forcing you to use their service. The “breakfast included” is only $20 per person, and it’s not the full breakfast that you can choose from. I would never stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either.
