Vous devez endurer la musique qui provient de l’hôtel SLS, qui est juste à côté, jusqu’à au moins, une heure du matin, même un lundi soir. Hôtel prétentieux qui mérite d’être rafraîchit.

This is a very beautiful hotel with wonderful facilities. The pool is gorgeous, we had excellent breakfasts and poolside lunches, and the staff was wonderful. We'll definitely return.

Serviço muito ruim. Housekeeping péssimo não respeita privacidade, não limpa nada, o quarto um nojo todo remendado, cortina furada, telefone sem funcionar. Super caído ! Única coisa excelente é o serviço de praia ! Funcionários ótimos e eficientes ! Mas só pra ter um guarda-sol tem que pagar 30 dólares a mais ! Devia estar incluso no resort fee que já é um roubo !!!

Had an amazing stay at Delano hotel, very professional and friendly people working there, front desk people are great, restaurant staff are super nice and fast , guys who’s doing valet parking are polite and very nice. Thank you , we will come back again

The restaurant, pool and bar were good and the patrons were respectful and polite. The rooms are so tired and the spa is old and tired as well. Great location and vibe but really needs a facelift now.

Good location. Great staff and vibe. The rooms are really small and not in very good condition. I had a leaky sink which they tried to repair but didn't. I think this hotel is way overpriced compared to what you get.

The venue and location were great, though service was terrible. I had to wait an hour to check in, and both pool-side and restaurant service by the waitstaff was sub-par on multiple occasions.
