The front desk agent was very accommodating and polite. One of my rooms was cancelled and i had no idea she was very helpful in reinstating and getting me that extra room

Returned from a cruise in the morning. Staff was excellent in allowing us access to a clean room several hours before posted check-in! If you have an early flight, I would suggest using another property as this one does not offer shuttle to airport until 0600. Airport is right across the street, however terminal is on the other side - requiring ground transportation.

Staff was extremely busy, thus hard to rate. Manager was rude on the morning of our departure. Limited dining and shopping options near. Unsafe road with sidewalks to close to speeding traffic - making walking hazardous, especially for small children. Breakfast was a plus!

Free airport shuttle and cruise port shuttle must only be for a handful of people as we weren’t able to get on either one. Airport one never showed up despite waiting 30 min at the gate they told us wait at and got there before 9pm (run on the hour) so I guess they filled up at the other gate and just went back to hotel. Front desk staff NOT helpful during my calls before our stay or during stay.

Hotel is dated elevator is slow they only have one. Only two people and a security officer work the hotel during the night shift. No maintenance staff on duty to fix issues maintenance related after 6pm.
