Rang hotel from airport to get shuttle and it came almost immediately. Check in was quick and easy. Limited dining options within walking distance.

Comfort Inn is named that for a good reason ... the beds are so comfortable. And the rest of the room including the bathroom is very nice. Only thing that could be picked up is the breakfast ... it's not in the same league as Holiday Inn's breakfast but the room and especially the bed are a step up scale in comparison. Nice stay and we'll be back for sure.

As per the hotel description it says shuttle free and we paid more than what we would have liked be a use we need a shuttle to airport and miami port but they didn’t provide shuttle from Miami port to hotel (we had to pay $40) and to airport (we had call Uber ) they said our flight is too early..in the morning

The staff was rude and we asked for towels 3 times and had to go get them ourselves one of the housekeepers rolled her eyes when we were on the elevator leaving because she had to wait... Ive been to hotels hundreds of times and this was the rudest staff ive ever encountered if I had more time I would write even more I will never stay here again when I come to Miami with my family
