Was disappointed called front desk several times for housekeeping staff to bring wash clothes that were never received

The roomservice lady and lobby need to be more conected so they can know wich rooms extended their stay

Place looks old and unkept. room amenities are close to none (towels are old and stiff, beds are old, sheets are ok but pillows smell and there are zero toiletries). Shuttle service is ok if you're willing to wait 30-60 min as they run a less than frequent schedule and when they have large groups of people checking in/out you better call an Uber. Wouldn't stay there again unless it was the only hotel with available rooms after missing a connection in MIA (again).

I appreciate the quick response from Mr Molina, GM. The hotel is really in poor condition, too many issues to mention. Poor or unresponsive constomer service from guest service staff. I look forward to seeing the renovation coming in spring! Management response was excellent!
