The room we got was nothing like the pictures displayed in the selecting option. What we paid for wasn't what we got.

The room was extremely dirty and poor conditioned . The music was extremely loud from the lobby .
in the morning you for sure get a wake up call without asking for it because the cleaning staff is extremely loud in conversation and knocking the vacuum into doors and slamming doors as well !
But I will give the staff at the front desk a 10/10 for being courteous and checking in and answering questions over the phone that I do appreciate.

We arrived at 2:50 PM for check-in and were told to wait because the staff was in the middle of a shift change. This wait ended up being 20 minutes, which was frustrating, especially since check-in time was at 3 PM. Scheduling a shift change so close to check-in seems poorly planned and inconsiderate of guests’ time.
On top of that, the front desk staff were rude, which made the situation even more unpleasant. The room itself was okay, but the towels were dirty—so much so that we couldn’t stand staying in the room.
This experience was very disappointing. Unless they make serious changes to their operations, staff professionalism, and cleanliness, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
