Absolutely beautiful, our room was taking longer than expected to be ready so they upgraded us to a suite, no charge. Amazing customer service.

This hotel was amazing overall. The location, room, staff, amenities, etc were more than we expected
We are definitely coming back tibtyis hotel when we visit Miani again

My fiancé and I visit Miami often, and we stay here every single time - it’s literally become our go to spot. When we land in miami and call an uber, the entire ride we are thinking about how we can’t wait to get to the hotel and have a drink &meal at the restaurant. I’m obsessed with this alligator bites 😍😍
For this specific trip , we noticed that the hotel smelled SOOOOO GOOD. We literally started asking people what the hotel used, because we would want to use that fragrance in our home lol.
