I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff of the Blue Moon Hotel. In 2017, I had my first solo trip as an adult and stayed at the Blue Moon. Recently, I had the opportunity to stay there again, and it happened to be on the hotel's final day of operation, although I was unaware of this when I made my reservation. Despite not being able to stay until Monday, I didn't hesitate to book the trip. The staff during my stay this weekend was truly exceptional. They were the friendliest group of people I have ever met. I hope that each of them goes on to create amazing new lives as this chapter in theirs comes to a close. They have helped me both begin and end a chapter in my own life, and for that, I am truly grateful. My stay was wonderful, thanks to their assistance with a late check-in and check-out, providing water, excellent service, and prompt responsiveness. Thank you!

A Fun, Too Few Days in SB at Blue Moon
Posted 25 Apr 2024 on HotelsSuper friendly, helpful staff are the best part of this wonderful hotel close to all the South Beach action while still quiet enough not to keep you up all night! Bikes, pool, cucumber water, valet parking, comfy beds were all highlights of the stay. My daughter and I were always greeted, felt safe and enjoyed all the amenities. The beach access is great with a discount on chairs. Beautiful courtyard and common areas. Really, every single person we came in contact with who work for the hotel was phenomenally, friendly and helpful. The value for the cost was the best I have experienced in a long time. Would definitely stay here again!
