The main guy was great and amazing there whole team was great with us our room was amazing and great location for us to do what we wanted too definitely recommend this hotel to anyone there team here is wonderful ! Had no issues will definitely stay here again when back in Miami !

The suite was spacious and conveniently located near shopping areas and transportation options, with the beach just a short distance away.
However, there were several downsides to our stay. Upon arrival, we encountered unexpected hidden fees totaling over $107 for three nights ($30 per night plus taxes). Additionally, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, as we found stains on the floor, dust, a broken sink, and a damaged bed. Although the staff did send someone to clean the room the following day, it was an inconvenience.
Another point to note is that the reception area and suites are not in the same location, requiring an Uber ride to reach our room. While one of the receptionists had an unprofessional demeanor and a lack of helpfulness, the male receptionist truly stood out. He went above and beyond to address our concerns and enhance our experience despite the challenges we faced.

Despite information telling us where to check in we ended up at the wrong address - in the pouring rain! Hugo to the rescue. Seconds after our Lyft driver pulled away he pulled up in his golf cart doing his rounds and solved all of our problems. He treated us like royalty, despite the fact that we had made the mistake. He said that the customer comes first at Beachside, Seaside, and Waterside hotels. We will definitely stay here on our next trip!!!
