Did not look like the pictures. Very old elevator. Food around the area very expensive. Staff was very nice though and rooms were clean and safe.

This place is a little old bit i love that in a classic environment across from the beach and gym food at the door friendly staff clean rooms and good price

Beautiful older building that has had a lot of upkeep. They need to replace the beds and pillows as they are worn out. Of food and entertainment right out the door. And right out the door you can walk to the ocean. Valet parking was convenient.

Paid for room on expedia and then got charged more by the dest staff upon arrival and the staff was rude about it telling me " of i had a problem with it, i can feel free to cancel" my reply was "why would i want to cancel, i booked the room and paid for it months ago" the bed sheets had knots all over them, it was sleeping on sand paper and it hurt, the had no covers but a sheet. The tv is very small. The rooms are very plane. It was not cozy nor comphy at all. I will not go back there.

We're sorry to hear that you had a bad experience at the hotel. I believe there was a miscommunication with you, when you made your reservation you were not told that you had to pay a hotel fee at check in, which is mandatory for all hotels on Ocean Drive. Since you did not agree, we gave you the option to cancel, we didn't want you to cancel. Our purpose is to make guests feel satisfied and at home. The hotel is small, located on Ocean Drive where most people come to party, the small television is part of the place. All rooms have a thin white cover that looks like a sheet and underneath are the sheets that are clean and sanitized and supervised before the guest checks in. We apologize for not meeting your expectations.

Place smelled horrible, 3 massive dead roaches in our room and the AC barely worked.

Very nice area to stay in. Plenty to do if you choose not to rent a car. Lots to do and see in walking distance. We will be coming back.

Property elevator wasn't working. No perks. Not even water. Everything around the hotel was outrageously high.
