Booking it through private hotels was the mistake no one could help me for seven days stay I didn’t have a room phone or a Wi-Fi I tried calling and emailing there was never a live person the resort people tried leaving a message no one answered me or the front desk So it was the worst vacation I had I am tankful that no accidents happen I know no one could have help me because I booked it through hotels.com Never again call the resort it self they are great do not book through hotels.com no one will even Ansley your email or there is no working phone in the room :(( For seven day stay you didn’t reach me to see if I need anything …, I am sure you might not even see this I emailed you everyday wile there… Lesion learned …

We truly enjoy our stay it is a great place with an amazing view close to the beach and a nice pool in the six floor. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family .

It’s very nice view and nice apartment with full of furniture and kitchen equipments. It’s just one of thing is we dint play at the resort but we have to paid the resort fee.

The suite had a spectacular view of the ocean . The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms along with the balcony was great. The wehost team did communicate well as they were the company I was dealing with since it was a privately owned suite. I didn’t like that they only give one dishwasher detergent (individual pack) for 3 days and small sized shampoo and conditioner and body wash. I expected that there should be sufficient amount. The Pool and hot tub was amazing and view was great. As per amenities you get 2 chairs 1 umbrella and 4 towels at the hollandale beach across the road. They were really good there . The parking was annoying however . Paying $35 each day and valet is pretty much mandatory along with $35 resort fee. I thought 3x before I actually returned the car to Avoid waiting for the car. The busy times on the elevator is bad. Sometimes there are so many people jammed into the elevator . And it stops almost 2-3 floors. A trip down from the 40th floor took us 10 minutes. Would go back if I find a good rate to stay here. It is quite expensive with all the costs per night.
