Great service at the start of the stay.
Posted 26 Sep 2022 on Hotelswhen I checked into my room, the toilet flush was broken. Not only did the receptionist try to fix the problem immediately, she then moved me to another room & promptly cleaned the bathroom!
This is excellent service.

Posted 15 Jan 2019 on HotelsThe scenery was amazing with the Alps in the back ground. Our son was there for a fencing tournament where he finished third in his age group, he was there with members of Team Canada.

Convenient to Motorway

Pros: Nice staff.
Cons: Just been re- decorated so the room smelled of paint.
Could do with an airing to get rid of the paint smell.
Location: Not really applicable to us.
We were passing through and needed a place to stay for the night.
Hotel is pretty ordinary but the staff are nice and friendly.
We arrived early but they still let us check in.

Not the usual standard
Posted 21 Jul 2013 on HotelsMaybe we just picked the wrong day and got a bad room, toilet seat broke, no we are not heavyweights, air con that was so noisy I thought it was a fire alarm and restaurant close on a Friday night, now what’s that all about, went to local pizza place for food as it was within walking distance (don’t go there, go into town).
Very friendly staff but let down by above points, would I stay again? If it was cheep enough, maybe.

Hotel has seen better days

Hotel could really use some maintenance.
Pictures must have been taken years ago.
A/C in the reception was leaking and a bucket was placed in the middle of the room.
Luckily the price was in the lower end of the price range.
