Like: Location, Friendly staff, breakfast.
Not Like: Hotel Looks rundown, towels in bad shape, water faucet liking, Hot water took too long, two out of the four nights too much noise what it look like a party of a fight happening. Reservation for two but only bathrobe and sandal.

We all like Allen’s service. He is very pleasant and helpful. Very genuine. We even enjoyed the drag party which was held by the hotel.

The staff was especially great and helpful. Especially Rogelio, probably the Bell Captain. Very easy to get picked up within a couple of minutes by ride share services. The breakfast was very good, especially the espresso and variety of the spread.
We got a nice room with a view on the 12th floor and the room was also of good size and extremely well maintained.

We really appreciate the location, it's really good if you are looking for a walkable area and have many things near the hotel.
