The parking lot it’s too narrow and a bit tricky to park a large car, however the parking staff is helpful but that is a low point. The bathroom has sewer odor at times due to poor ventilation, should be checked by maintenance. If you don’t mind that, then it a good option.

I had a good experience in this hotel, they treated me well and Francisco, the driver of the Van of the hotel was available to take me to all the places I visit during my stay! He was really profesional and he gave me an Excellent customer service, I will also appreciated that the hotel included Free coffe free tea and free water 24 hours. also I like The breakfast included !! I will for sure come back to this hote in the future!

The staff was great. However the building smells like humidity. My original room had flooded. The carpet around the building had huge water stains. It was really hard to sleep and relax with humidity/mold smells around the entire building.

We reserved three nights at this property. We stayed one night and moved to another hotel. I would have moved sooner, but it was late. The rooms are very small and the hotel is remote. They advertise a restaurant on the property, but it is only open to serve a delivered breakfast. Nothing after. When I asked about it, I was given a hotel driver to take me to the local mall to get food. He told me his name - Francisco - and said to call for a return ride to the hotel. At 2 pm, I called for a return ride and was hung up on three times because they do not speak English. We had to find our own way back to the hotel. I reserved a queen-sized bed and was given a full - which was difficult for myself and my husband. When I tried to talk to the staff, none spoke English or even tried. The staff was rude and unfriendly and the hotel is extremely limited in facilities. Expedia staff had to call and talk to them for me because they refused or could not speak English. When I did get my reservation changed, I went the next morning to check out and get a refund on my card, the staff laughed and insulted us in Spanish (Google Translate is amazing). This hotel and staff are everything a traveler does not want in a place to stay. It was unsafe, unfriendly, and unequipped to greet guests.
