Place is not authorized to be an “short-rental place” you cannot enter alone to the property and the tenant needs to escort you every time to enter or even to go out of the property….

Very pleasant and responsive. Had an issue with the TV remote at 10 pm. They responded. Could not fix the problem, but he graciously offered us access to the next room which was vacant so we could watch TV.

The room was clean and quiet. The neighborhood is really save and there are stores and restaurants around.
The only bad thing was, that we didn’t got the apartment we actually booked…

Great property! We felt very safe and cared for. Quiet, clean room with everything we needed. Great location if you are seeing a show at Pepsi Center WTC. Plenty of food and shopping near by.
