Great location to be able to explore Condesa and Roma Norte. Loved the walking in this area. We didn’t spend much time on the property to review the restaurant and rooftop but everything looked great. It was a perfect landing spot and would consider staying there again for price and location. The linens were a bit scratchy but otherwise the beds were comfortable, shower water pressure also good.

The AC not working for 3 days, maintenance came twice to fix something in hat they messed up themselves. The back Wall falling apart, the Bathroom door wouldn’t open and somehow their staff overlooked that. Their showe Water heater does not work properly, and worst of all their Waitstaff provided poor service and they were ver much discriminatory. Another staff member almost ran over my wife with a luggage cart from not paying attention. I mentioned all of these issues at checkout and they offered nothing other than a “management will get back to you” and that was almost 2 weeks ago.

Amazing property in the heart of Roma/Condesa. The staff were amazing. I just booked my next stay there.

A great spot. The terrace area was fantastic during the F1 weekend. Rooms were nice. Fireworks were a bit loud but that’s what you have in Mexico before dia de la morte. Enjoyed the weekend

Room was pretty good, I would hesitate to call it 5 stars because wall paper was falling off the wall. Location was pretty nice, lots of dining options within walking distance. Its two hotels connected, the fitness center was in the other hotel and my key card did not work to let me in. I would recommend staying in the other hotel as they had some neat features like a gym, spa, and a dog bar if youre traveling with a pet.
