We went to CdMX for the Taylor Swift concert and we have a wonderful experience in our stayed. The property is on one of the best neighborhoods of the city, a lot of good restaurants near by and great for walking. In our stayed we feel very secure as they have a security guard 24/7 inside the building who open the door only for residents or people who is staying there. Overall great experience, I definitively will come back for my next trip to CdMx.

Good for large group the apt has space Feels like a house the convenient location in Polanco walkable. The balcony glass will not hold a heavy person be careful, No window screens, windows do not lock not safe if you have young kids. The master bathroom Vanity is aged particle wood peeling, the shower is too it retains water in the drain, the master bathroom has a sewer odors and the exhaust fan is too small. The Matress retains heat wish it an AC even a mini split will do.

Buen departamento, mala atención

Nunca tuvimos ninguna comunicación con los encargados de la propiedad antes de llegar. Nosotras escribimos a un número de WhatsApp para avisar el horario en que llegaríamos el mismo día y nos respondieron OK. Cuando llegamos no había nadie y nos dejaron una hora en la puerta del edificio esperando que llegara alguien (siempre con un trato poco cortés) cuando finalmente entramos, no era la unidad que habíamos reservado y faltaba una cama. Intentaron convencernos de llevarnos a otro edificio muy alejado de la zona de nuestra preferencia. Para todo esto ya eran las 9pm. Exigimos que nos pongan una cama que traerían de otro departamento. Fue una discusión larga pero lo logramos. Por supuesto quedaron en recompensarnos y no fue así, a lo que le pedimos si podíamos hacer un late check out y accedieron!
