I like the cleanliness of the room. Ismael, the housekeeper, on that floor did an excellent job keeping the room tidy and smelling fresh every day. Front desk staff was also helpful and informative. They gave me all the information I requested during my stay and also called a taxi to the airport for me which arrived in one minute.
The only issue I had was that the room I was given at check-in was a bit to small for me as was the bathroom. I was unfortunately way too tired after my trip and just wanted to get some rest so I didn't ask for a change.

I love the area the hotel is located at. You can walk easily to all the cool places in the historic center. The hotel is very clean and I love the ceiling fans and the AC is super cold in the rooms! The only thing I hated was I could hear some of the guest in other rooms. I have stayed here twice and both times I have not received a room with a window that I can open as they all go to a a little square were you see a wall only. I'm sure they have street views but may be a suite or something like that. I would stay here again as the location and the price were fantastic!!

great location. Hotel reception staff is wonderful and provides information about the area and can provide you with ground transportation if needed
