Excelente estadía, puedes movilizarte hacia el Centro Histórico caminando al igual que Chapultepec, La Roma o Condesa. El hotel muy bueno, aunque puede tener mejoras sobre algunas amenidades.

On the first day the woman came to service the room at 8:30 a.m.. The room wasn't serviced that day. The second day 8.30 again. She returned at 5, we left our room so she could service it. The bath towels were of poor quality. I asked for hand towels, we got one, it wasn't changed the entire week. The continental breakfast which was included was very poor and the same every morning. A member of staff at reception was surly and unhelpful, everything was too much trouble for her. On two nights there was a party that didn't finish until 1:30 a.m.. The music was so loud it could be heard in our room 2 floors above. I complained at reception but nothing could be done about it. We were unable to sleep until the parties had finished. Nothing could be charged to the room. It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It should be removed from your website.

It is important to note that Spanish speaking is essential or Google translate to interact with the staff. The room's carpet was dirty and stained with an odor. There was no fridge or microwave in the rooms so that should be noted. Washcloths are not available so bring your own. While the location is ideal for being in the city, the downside is the city noise will affect your sleep. Lastly the bed was so uncomfortable and hard, my hips are still complaining.
