Basic hotel in good location
Posted 28 Oct 2019 on HotelsHotel Diana offered a barebones room (bed, bathroom, not much more) in a good location. Clean but worn. Shower water was warm. Check in staff was friendly. It was all I needed for a quick stay.

Location and bare necessities

Pros: clean and towels changed every day
Cons: wifi to rooms
Location: the blue house - UNAM
Close to UNAM and metro bus stops - basic necessities available - clean - everyday fresh towel was provided - they let me check in way before the check in time.

Staff was very nice
Posted 1 Jan 2016The hotel is in very poor condition. The pictures didn't look as bad as it is. The wifi was very weak so I couldn't use it when I needed it. The staff were very helpful and polite though. That's the best part of the hotel

Even modest hotels should be clean

Pros: Location was important to me.
Cons: Cleaningness
Given the low price, I was not expecting great facilities. However, they should do better at cleaning their beds and rooms. I only chose this hotel because of it's location. Fortunately, I just found a new brand hotel one block away with prices slightly higher.
