Nice old property. Well maintained. Lovely staff. Limited English, but that’s perfectly fine, when in a non English speaking country. Was very close to the main shopping arcade, therefore super busy around the local streets. Apparently, the street is the largest walking street in all of Latin America.

Our stay at Histórico Central Hotel was fantastic! All of the staff was super friendly and welcoming during the ten days we stayed at the property. The professionalism and cleanliness of the place is impeccable. The dining options from the 24 hour cafe and the restaurant are excellent. I would definitely recommend this place, and I would stay here again! A special shoutout to the concierge, Daniela, for going above and beyond in hospitality.

I liked the friendliness of the staff from valet to concierge to servers, and the cafe options even though it was slightly limited. The cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom left something to be desired. I had to do an extra wipe for my own comfort on the day of and even after subsequent cleaning days when we let them in the room. There was also a lack in proper soundproofing, I could hear noise from the hallways (there was a cleaning closet/ storage room across from ours, I feel like this should have been separated far from the hotel rooms), and even from the rooms right next to us but it wasn't too disturbing. It was just a minor ick for me. Overall it was a comfortable stay nonetheless.

A very convenient location. Room is clean and served very well every day. Breakfast is wonderful! I especially like to thank Roberto for his very friendly and efficient service. This was my favorite hotel ever. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the hotel was beautiful. There was a lovely lounge area in the lobby for hanging out or eating. Best of all, they provided free food and drink 24 hours a day. This included things like lattes, cappuccino, some alcoholic beverages, sandwiches, soup, desserts, etc. So convenient! Also, there is a full breakfast (with waiter service) included in the price of the room. The location provided easy access to Zocalo Square and the Palacio de las Bellas Artes. The historic area was very crowded, and this hotel was an oasis for us.

The staff at Historico Central was exceptional! They gave us a warm welcome and were very attentive to our needs during our stay. They were always available to help and answer questions. Hotel was always very clean and the food options were great. The location was perfect and near many of the beautiful sights that Mexico City has to offer. Definitely will be staying here again on the next trip!
