Excellent hotel, easy access to transportation and easy to get to Reforma,a lot of choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

It's nice hotel, very well located, near shopping district. Elevators are quite crowded and when I went to check in at lobby there was a huge queue. Other than that, it was a good experience.

I woke up in the middle of the night, and something bit me in the leg It was a good thing I had to bets, so I switched bed and tried to sleep.

They don’t got my room’s ready and I have to stay 2 days in other hotel of low quality really bad experience!!!
