Great hotel with viewing/dining options for the Dia de los Muertos Parade. We also appreciated the option of dining there for Breakfast and Happy hour. Great plan!! All staff was very accommodating. Location on Reforma was easily accessible to so many different places.Would stay here again.

Excellent hotel and great food. People in charge of the food room need to make you feel more welcoming, they only focused on parties of 3 or more / I ate alone and almost never came to check on me, I had to ask for coffee 2 times. Food was great but customer service has to be excellent.

Affordable and great location in town. Opportunity is the restaurant, food and service was bad definitely not worth the price.

Had breakfast available for purchase and nice staff . I feel safe at the hotel

Long check in line but took under 20 minutes. Fast elevator. The property is a bit old and tired. For example- the toilet seat slides around and the plug in the bathtub doesn’t seal. Carpet is old, movie channels are excellent. Had the best sleep of my trip here.

The location is great and the staff are friendly, professional and helpful in making the most of your trip. The terrace experience with Day of the Dead parade tie in was wonderful
