Room was not setup found trash the Wifi oassword not readily accessible and there was no remote to access A/C(maintenance came later and the unit didnt without one)

Good value. Friendly staff. Property looks like it has been renovated. Restaurant was just ok. There was noise at night form other rooms/aisle.

Inadvertently, I left a sweater in R 1107 where is stayed. I sent an email and friends called the reception 3 times willing to pick it up. The sweater was never found, which I find hard to believe. Most annoying and disrespectful was the absence of a response. My friend calls were not answered properly. It is only a matter of due courtesy. I will not recommend the service of this hotel that disregards costumers.

The bed was terrible, the bathroom floor was very dirty. Breakfast was the same everyday. I’ll will never go back to the Diplomatico Hotel
