This property was fantastic and just a great vibe. We loved the location and the accessibility to all of the restaurants/cultural areas/shopping. Sergio the property manager was amazing. This is a small luxury hotel in a very nice neighborhood. It's a giga city. Gabriela & all the staff there were incredible & made my stay hugely memorable.. it was my first time in Mexico & I don't speak Spanish. I got to see a lot of the highlights of this gorgeous place over a 4-day stay. Everyone was cooperative, cordial & did their best. Breakfast was included in my room category which was a feast.

From check-in to check-out, our stay at the BrickHotel was absolutely perfect. The cleanliness was unmatched, the service in both Spanish and English was wonderful, and the amenities were terrific!! The Brick hotel is located on great tree-lined street with excellent shopping, restaurants and bars. The hotel was itself was perfection. Our bathroom exhaust fan had an issue but the handyman came late at night to fix it quickly. I will definitely come back and stay at The Brick and recommend to anyone going to visit.
