"My wife and I spent a week at the Holiday Inn Express in Puebla and really liked our stay. The breakfast buffet is the best with wide selection of hot and cold food items including excellent traditional hot food items (seasoned scrambled eggs, refried black beans, corn chips with green sauce, also great dribbled on scrambled eggs).
