Overall, from the moment you walk in, it is very nice, but then when we went to the elevator and it took us to the hallway for a room, it smelled like immediate drainage. Then when we went inside our bathroom, the bathroom was already leaking some water and when we went to use the restroom, the restroom was clogged. I called front desk and they said someone were going in fix it. Nobody ever came then the next day we were gonna take a shower and we noticed that they’re only had one towel and there were two of us so I called front desk, They said they were gonna go bring us more towels two hours passed and nobody ever came, Called again same response. I just think that this hotel can do so much better. Our bed sheets were dirty. The bathroom was dirty. It just smelled dirty from the moment we entered.

The rooms need a little remodel or update. The beds were supposed to be queen size but seemed a little smaller than that. The rooms also need some additional lighting.
