Everything was excellent except there were no USB ports to charge things

The receptionist was very helpful. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the town. We arrived at 5 pm and managed to get the last parking space. Other cars were parked over the cycle lane. We would have liked to have been able to reserve a space in advance since we had driven from
Italy and parking in Metz itself would have been difficult. We hope to return again and see more of the town.

Excellent food in the evening. Very poor service at breakfast with no-one explaining the system. We were offered coffee as we sat diem for breakfast but after 20 mins still none had appeared. The car park is not secure. Two sets of guests in the night we were there had items stolen from their cars.
Be aware if you have heavy luggage that there are two short flights of steps to reception and the small lift for wheelchairs was broken,
Altogether not good value for money.

Fantastic place to stay
Posted 16 Aug 2024 on HotelsGreat stay at this beautiful hotel. Room was huge and had gorgeous views over a green space. Parking was additional but very handy and safe. Breakfast was fabulous with plenty of choice. We ate in the restaurant for both nights of our stay and enjoyed the food and service

we didn't find any international tv canals, tf2 and tf3 chaotically reported on the olympic games. nothing the hotel is responible for. but expensive hotels should offer more (international) canals, we think
