The room is small like Ibis hotel room and it doesn't have any amenities like hotpot (kettle), coffee making stuff or tea bag and cups or glasses, etc. The breakfast in the morning has nothing to rave about and the coffee tastes horrible. The hotel interior looks very dark and tired. There is a spider in the restroom crawling at the corner of the ceiling above the mirror

First time to stay here, it's right on the edge of Mettmann coming in from Dusseldorf. It's showing its age but the two nights here were quite all right. The breakfast was decent and the service personnel at the restaurant was friendly. There are also two supermarkets within 5 min walk.

Older hotel that could use some updating. Carpet is a little dirty. Very 1980s. Nice service. I’m sure if I wasn’t here for a trade show, rates wouldn’t have been outrageous. Pretty far from the convention center so staying here will not save you money. Very nice staff.
