I greatly enjoyed my stay at Laqua. Luigi is the star of Laqua, ensuring that breakfast was delivered timely and going above and beyond to make sure that guests were taken care of during the entire stay. Laqua provides a warm and enjoyable boutique hotel experience and the views of the coastline, with access to the hot tub just outside the room, makes for an unforgettable experience.

Misleading

Booked 3 rooms for a few nights. Free spa once per stay doesn't include massage. During check in they asked us to pick which massage we wanted. We thought that this was included in the "Free spa," however they ended up charging us at the end of the stay. They didn't inform this to us when they asked us to pick the massage.

We have asked to all members of our staff for a comprehensive overview of the problem you have mentioned. On your arrival you told us that all of your reservation on Expedia.com included one free massage per person, but we had shown you on the confirmation of the reservation that only written the access to the wellness area and not the massages. You have asked further information about that to all the members of Laqua Charme & Boutique team and all of the staff confirmed you the same details of the reservation. When you have booked the massages, we have shown you the list of our proposals and the prices. Overall stay was ok. Hotel was hard to get to and nothing really around the area. Breakfast was basic. Staff very helpful. Views from the bedroom were amazing!
