Conveniently, located across the road from Mestre Station. Not much dining close by and the local area felt a little dodgy. Beware if you stay on the top floor as the A/C machinery can be heard at night.

I love this hotel/apartment! Our room was as big as an apartment with all the amenities! Love the kitchen and inside washer! The staff was excellent and professional! The rates compared to others is excellent! I can’t say more positive things about this place. Location is excellent in particular walking distance to Aldi grocery store! Just WOW!

A pleasantly surprisingly good property (in an upgraded room) except for the fact the air conditioning doesn’t work at all and the room was about 30degrees all night! Rooms have been upgraded really nicely, super comfy bed, just a shame about the poor aircon

Overall, it is a nice hotel—property is clean and in good location in terms of proximity to train station.
Please be aware that the checkout is not noon as posted on the homepage of the hotel’s website…or else you will be met with rudeness…
The gentleman at the front desk on our day of check out was rude—we arrived back to the hotel at 11:20 as we understood check out to be at noon per their website and then quickly had to retrieve our luggage due to a hearsay check out time of 11. The front desk staff member did not apologize to us, stating the website was in error and we should’ve known checkout to be “usually 11”
I would look to stay at another hotel for better customer service

Great hotel at an excellent location near Venice,10 minute train ride which the station is directly across the street.Bus station is also next door.Full hot and cold buffet breakfast.
