"Our stay at the Villa Neri was wonderful. The area is quiet and peaceful. The staff were all courteous and amazing. The hotel itself is a little bit secluded so driving is recommended if you want to get around and explore yourself. There are many things available to do at the resort:

facilities, pool, tours of the winery, etc. The food was amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a

atmosphere for their trip."

"The room needed a renovation. The room was on two levels, bed upstairs and bathroom downstairs. The seating area in the room was not very comfortable and the furniture was well worn. The staff were nice. Definitely felt like a family hotel from another era."

"I'm spoiled. More pricy than I usually spend but so well worth it! Our rooms were lovely (Hotel graciously accommodated a room mix-up.) Little extras here and there. Breakfast was lovely, and the sky bar commanded fantastic view of Mt Etna. Lovely staff (even sent us off to the airport at 4 in the morning with fresh strawberries and croissants.) Hotel is right in the heart of charming Taormina. "

The staff were really committed to good customer service - a special shout out to Monica, who was so friendly and attentive whilst serving breakfast. I would've thanked her in person but she finally had a day off and it was our last day(!) If the pool had been heated then the stay would've been perfect 👌 (but this was April)"
