I did not stay at mesquite’s Holiday Inn because I was sick and couldn’t make the drive. I was calling late and tried to cancel but I kept getting stuck at the 6digit code for probably 8 times!!!
I was prompted to call the hotel directly but couldn’t get the hotel’s direct number anywhere!
So this is a customer service issue I may never forget. Sadly, providing the direct number is easy to do and would have prevented this entire issue.

Pros
Bed is comfortable. Good breakfast. Love the pancake and biscuit. Jacuzzi is comfortable. Close to highway.
Cons
The floor has some issues. It makes quite loud noise when you step on certain areas no matter how quiet your footsteps are. We heard a lot of floor noise not only from our own room, but also from upstairs. It was quite annoying in early morning.

This hotel allows pets. They were under construction the last 2 times we have stayed here. It is safe, quiet and clean. It is lacking in access to dining choices. We always have to drive around to find some place for food. We try to stop for food before we get to Mesquite.

Although the hotel is being renovated, the public areas that are in use and our assigned room were very clean.
