We didn't have towels, washing gel, we need to pay more for towels, for welcome pack, we need to pay anothet fee,
The beach was dirty, muddy, with jellyfishes
No pool

Dear guest, we are sorry to hear that your stay did not go as you wished. We have just worked with Expedia and we had not noticed that the costs of the welcome package were not on the site. We just added them.
Unfortunately we are not responsible for the cleanliness of the beach that does not belong to us. But we’ll get that back to the officials. Thank you for that very constructive comment.
