"We arrived at 3pm it took us 1 hour to check in by the time we reached our suite the suite was not ready as the cleaning staff start cleaning it took them until 5pm to get the suite ready but the floor still dirty . Only one bathrobe was provided for two guest . To get to this hotel you need a 4x4 vehicle and know how to drive and send . Overpriced low customer service . The location is great but other hotels has better pricing and facility . "

"The best thing about the property are the staff. Always courteous and pleasant and willing to help. The only negative was when one off our party was feeling slightly ill at dinner time and we requested that she be allowed to take some food to her room to eat later. "We stumbled upon this ginormous hotel apartment in Doha, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The room was so clean, it could give Mr. Clean a run for his money! And talk about space, it was like having our dance floor! We spent three nights there and boy, were they epic! We've been around other hotel blocks, but Somerset takes the crown. It's the ultimate spot for families who want to create epic memories in Doha. Just beware, you might never want to leave!"
