After 2 long days of travelling, I appreciated the quiet, cozy room I got here, with a comfy clean bed. And bathtub! Thank you.

The shower was not cleaned as the previous guests items were still in there.
The pool was nice if you like cold dunking in glacier water then going into a tepid “hot tub”

Bed was very uncomfortable.
Pool heat was off , likely to save money, but was not even usable because it was only 13 degrees C. (I tested it with a thermometer)
The hot tub was colder than a hot bath.
I would not recommend this property if you come to use the pool or hot tub.

My first room did not have a looking door. I felt unsafe and asked for a room change. The second room did not have a working shower drain. It was very gross. I removed the plug and found a large amount of moldy human hair. I couldn't even shower. I was unable to access the gym as the key card lock was broken. Very upset.
