The room was not up to standards. There was dirt on the floor and hair on the pillows. Our room was switched and then the tv did not work. Front desk lady was very nice and did her best with what she had to work with. I was told I would be refunded, as we left because of the room conditions and there were not available rooms after being switched once. Waiting to hear from management on my refund.

Where s the towels
Posted 21 Jul 2024 on HotelsFront desk staff was great. Greetings with a smile. However, evertime went past front desk someone in need of towels only to be told none available at the time. I went 5am still none. So they need to purchase more. Also what hotel doesn't have an ice maker/ machine. Smh.

It was geared for extended stay with full kitchen. Could have been cleaner, but not terrible.
