The worst hotel
Posted 15 Sep 2021 on Hotelsthe hotel that we stayed was horrible, we were treated without respect and very rude, too dirty the hotel. The person who was at the front desk treated us without respect and it took him more than an hour to give us the room.

The reception staff was rude and unhelpful. The rooms were not cleaned regularly, the bathroom shower needed attention. Wasn't told about the option of using the kitchen, and there is little access to surrounding areas without a car, which I didn't have.
There was a party on till about 2am that was loud as if we were in a disco house, and I was in the rooms. Overall, while cheap, not a good experience.

Pros: Everything. Location was secluded, quiet, beautiful, staff was excellent. Hostel was clean, well kept, and offered great amenities.
Cons: Provide more info to those arriving after hours (i.e. gate will be closed, enter through that, ring bell at main door). Provide instructions!
Location: AWESOME, secluded, beautiful scenery, trails, picnic areas, a park for children, less than an hour from Milan. Can visit Italy & Switzerland from here
Absolutely LOVED this place, it was secluded, clean, offered a lot more amenities than we expected for a hostel. The staff was excellent. We are American but one member spoke English, everything else we figured out! There was a park, beautiful trails to walk, places to picnic. The only thing I really recommend (and the only problem we actually ran into) we arrived at about midnight and it was really difficult to find the place. The hostel is actually located next to an apartment building, through a gate and back in some trees. So, you can't actually SEE the hostel from the entrance. We arrived at the gate and saw some signs for the name of the hostel but didn't know it was through the gate (we don't speak Italian). It would be good for people to know the hostel is located through that gate, back a ways! There really isn't any info on what to do if you arrive after hours. SO, if you arrive after hours, you'll come to a gate, get out and open it, and drive on through you'll run right into it! We ended up only finding the place because a server from the restaurant down the street drove us to the gate and said it was through there! Otherwise, it looks like a gate attached to the apartment building! The hostel was absolutely fantastic though, we based out of there to visit Milan and have decided we will come back there just to stay at that hostel again! We LOVED it!! Great location if you have kids especially. It is a beautiful area and we all really enjoyed it!!

War zwar sehr billig aber im Nachhinein hätte ich lieber mehr bezahlt und was Schöneres dafür gehabt.
Sehr verwahrlost alles, nicht sauber. Überall Spinnweben und Staub im Zimmer. Aus der Dusche kam nur ein Rinnsal Wassertropfen raus. Lüften konnte man nicht richtig da das Fliegengitter komplett voll war mit dreckig, Staub und toten Fliegen.
Frühstück war komplett ohne Service, also Selbstbedienung und alles abgepackt. Kein Brot sondern Zwieback.
Die einzig schöne Erfahrung an dem Hostel war die Freundlichkeit vom Personal aber das war es dann auch.
