I LOVE staying here. This was my 3rd time in 2 years. The staff here is top notch. They are always friendly and helpful. The people working here are genuinely happy folks and it shows. Can’t say enough great things about this place.

The elevator has been down for months and they can't get it fixed. Same one is always broke. It's a good hotel and the people are great.

The property was neat and clean. I liked that there is free full breakfast options as well as the evening snack options

This is our go to stop on our frequent roadtrips from Texas to Tennessee. It is always a good experience!

We stayed there before our cruise out of New Orleans. This was the best stay we've had in a long time at a hotel. Staff was great. The evening dinner was nice with the free drinks. Room was nice and clean and beds very comfortable. The best thing however was that I forgot to take my extra insulin with me when we left. It was in the fridge. I didn't realize until the next day after we sailed. I'm type 2 and controlled so I made do with what I had on me. I didn't have phone service on the cruise. On our trip home I just took a chance to stop by and ask about it and they saved it for me. Absolutely the best. If travel brings me back to the area I will definitely stay there again.

We were 4 minutes early for drinks and hors d’oeuvres we got a very unfriendly response us and others , it made you feel like you were a beggar. Then she turned on the lights I guess that was the signal that it was time. She did change her attitude to friendly then. We all thought her response could have been much nicer. Like as soon as the lights go on it will be time. Like I said before she was kinda rude ! And then she changed I got my husband to get my drink bc I didn’t want to deal with her. Our last stay we tipped $5.00 this time nothing 😏

Disappointed at the check in but other than that all good.
