the staff and food is amazing, the property condition - 8 years old a little worn, but beautiful. Kind of like having your own little private getaway. Once you walk out side the front doors it is a different world, it is a very old city. We enjoyed the local stores, vendors and food. lots of Yucatan food dishes, MUST HAVE PANUCHOS!! Uber everywhere here... cheap. We stayed 9 days and they were filled with adventure. To get the most out of your trip, do lots of research on things to do

Chose Hotel Zamna for your next stay in Merida
Posted 21 Jul 2024 on HotelsThis was a lovely quiet and comfortable place to stay. The service was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great with a different menu every day; they even had lactose free milk and coffee/tea service available all day. I enjoyed using the outside hammock on the patio with the honor bar. The pool was a lovely antidote to the hot days.

The hotel is very pretty and well kept. The staff were kind. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Zamna for 4 nights, absolutely wonderful experience! Very clean, friendly & helpful staff. Leidy had our rooms spic and span daily, and we loved making small talk with her; sweetest housekeeper ever! Daily breakfast and coffee was delish! Very easy check in, safe and quiet area, short walk to the busy center of Merida. Cannot recommend Zamna enough!

Great gem of a small hotel
Posted 7 Mar 2024 on HotelsThis is an amazing little hotel near to the center of Merida. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was very good and we appreciated the little touches such as lactose free milk. The breakfast fruits were very fresh and tasteful. If we return to Merida, we definitely will stay here again
