Nice, big and quiet room. Friendly staff with lots of good recommendations for where to eat. Our bathroom sink faucet was faulty and they had a small sign in Spanish that mentioned that but we didn’t see our thought anything of it when we checked in. We woke up in the middle of the night and there was water all over the bathroom floor because of the leak from the faucet that was dripping on the counter. I hope they fix it instead of placing a note for the hotel guests to watch out for it.

Perfection in The Old Town

Posted 11 May 2024 on HotelsAmazing 2 story apartment with double bath. Incredibly comfortable and private. A perfect place to rest weary bones after much walking around Mérida. We wish we stayed longer than 2 days.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Their recommended restaurants were delicious at bargain prices. We enjoyed Merida very much.
