No fridge, and the breakfast is not included. AC unit need to be upgraded, they do work. Facility its nice and within a walking distance to the main plaza.

Checkin process was simple and easy. The whole staff was super friendly. Loved that TV had Netflix on it. The room was clean and spacious. The middle pool was my favorite. There was no one around in the pools so I had it all to myself. They have a little bar area where I was able to get drinks to take to the pool or even enjoy it at the bar. Lots of good places to eat within walking distance. Staff were all very helpful. Highly recommend.

Hotel Hacienda Merida is a charming, well maintained boutique hotel. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the room was cleaned to perfection each day. Breakfast served on the outside patio was a lovely start to the day. If you like salsa dancing, La Negrita is a short walk down the street. I loved staying at Hacienda Merida. It made my last few days in Merida a pleasure!

Beautiful City oasis

The Hotel Haciendo was our perfect oasis from the heat and pace of spending the day exploring Merida. The service was truly impeccable, and having breakfast available every morning was a great and delicious way to start the day. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great hotel for price

Wonderful hotel! From the outside it looks small, but on the inside it is huge! Rooms are very spacious. Rooms and hotel is a but older; but that is part of the charm. The staff is very kind and accommodating. There is a laundry service as well. Pool is nice to lay and sit by. Restaurant is there too, we did not eat at it but saw plenty of people having breakfast. Hotel is in the heart of downtown Mรฉrida and direct access to everything you want and need! Definitely recommend staying here. Reasonably priced.
