If I return to Merida, there is nowhere else I'd stay. The staff here were incredibly kind and helpful. The level of consideration and compassion far exceeded any of my expectations or past experiences with customer service anywhere in the world.

Nice property. No services to speak of. Owner is very friendly and seems to always be there. Very pretty hotel. A bit of a walk to shops and restaurants, so the location is not ideal. Somewhat overpriced for what you get.

My adult daughter and I stayed here for five nights over the Christmas holiday 2023. We loved this hotel! Everyone was super kind and helpful, the hotel was beautifully decorated, and the breakfast was always delicious and freshly prepared. One of the best hotel stays I have hever had.

I highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel while staying in Merida. The people working there were friendly and helpful, it’s within walking distance to everything, and it is beautifully decorated. We met the owner, Matt, who takes great pride in this Casa.

It's a perfect place to stay in Merida. It was a quiet oasis yet it was easy to walk to the main blvd. Parking on the street in front of the hotel was convenient and always seemed to be available.

Lots of greenery, pool to use to cool off in. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast was delicious The owner made sure we had a taxi driver we could trust and rely on to drive us where and whenever we wanted to.
It was a wonderful experience. I was able to extend my stay an extra 2 days with no problem.
