Good for short time if you have a business event in the international congress center which is 3 minutes walking distance The staff Mary and Pedro make de facility a warm place to stay

Nadie en recepción, te hacen que el cuarto se quede abierto y tus cosas inseguras. Debes llegar a buscar a la persona que atiende. La televisión sin servicio de cable , no te dan ni una botella con agua. Mal servicio la verdad

Apreciable huesped al parecer la informacion proporcionada sobre los diferentes aspectos del hotel no le fue clara, con gusto le exponemos las razones sobre sus comentarios y estamos para servirle.La televisión si cuenta con total play y netflix, tambien tenemos agua en el area común para consumo de los huéspedes y el hotel no obliga a dejar abierta la habitación en ningún momento, aún asi me desconcierta leer que tuvo un mal servicio y le pido una disculpa por los inconvenientes y lo tomaremos en cuenta para explicarle de manera mas detallada a los próximos huéspedes nuestros servicios.

The hotel was clean and organized. Unfortunately I don’t speak Spanish and I didn’t understand what was going on. Everyone was friendly though. The WiFi was excellent and the location was good.

even when a hurricane had just hit the staff was extremely accomodating. even with No AC because there wasnt power for a bit the rooms were fresh and comfortable.

An information sheet would be handy as buses stop out the front of the property to go into Centro. Also next street buses go to Progreso Beach. There's the Americana Plaza very close by. The room was comfortable big. The staff friendly.
