Cheap and well-located, but low quality

Well-located hotel and very low price. Rooms are clean, but not well-equipped, reflecting the low price. Private entrance because the lobby is in a different location. This can make check-in difficult because there are no signs indicating where the lobby is located (a block away on another street).

Casa San Juan is in a Great location. You are no more than a twenty five minute walk to almost all of things to see and go to in Merida. The staff and especially the manager, Tony go above and beyond to make sure all of your needs and requests are met.

The hotel was a super nice place: Clean as can be, the staff from the hotel manager all the way down to housekeeping were the very best and did all they could to make our stay a pleasant one from beginning to end! We cannot praise them enough for all their kindnesses and personal attention to our needs. They are the very best!
